 Window On The Harbor: Sleeps up to 10 with 3-Bedrooms and 2-Full Baths. Just across the street from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.  It is an easy almost level 3 minute walk to the large and Sandy Twin Lake Beach or across the Harbor Bridge and a fun 3-block walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. There are several nearby great restaurants within 2-blocks. Enjoy the beautifully terraced backyard flower garden with patio and small fire-pit. There are several tables & chairs, plus a large freestanding Hammock. 

1st bedroom is 1-Double, 2nd Bedroom has 2-Twins, 3rd Bedroom has 1-Queen, there is also a twin blow up mattress. Great Room has a large comfy sofa. Two dining tables, one that overlooks the harbor where you can watch the sailboats drift by, and the other overlooks the terraced garden and patio. These two tables can be pushed together for a great reunion dinner. There is also an Umbrella table & four padded chairs on the front deck, closest to the Harbor. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed. There is 1 off-street parking space in front of the home (2 if your cars are compact)  2-Permits come with the house to use for on the street parking which is available directly in front of the home. There is also a space behind the home at the back gate. These are only necessary to put on the cars between April 1 and after Labor Day.
